Airport transfer Charleroi Airport (CRL) ^/ Brussels Airport (BRU)

Shared transfer is a great option if you want more comfort than public transport and a better price than a private transfer, and you’re flexible with departure time.

You travel with other passengers (max. 7 people), so the trip may take longer, but it's much cheaper than a private transfer.

Yes. For passengers traveling with children, we provide child seats suitable for age and weight: for infants (0–9 kg), toddlers (9–16 kg), older children (16–36 kg), and booster seats for children under 135 cm for airport transfers.

When booking, please indicate the number of children and required seat type by weight category, so we can prepare the right seat for your trip.

At Charleroi Airport, we welcome our passengers with the sign “ETCAR” and their name (Meet & Greet):

• Terminal 1 (T1): In the arrivals hall, after baggage claim, right side, next to STARBUCKS, under the timetable display.
• Terminal 2 (T2): In front of the exit; no need to go to the parking area.

Without Meet & Greet, the driver arrives at the meeting point about 30–45 minutes after actual landing.

The meeting details are also in your confirmation email (voucher).

A shared Charleroi Airport transfer means you don't book a whole vehicle, but travel with other passengers and can reserve seats.

The service is door-to-door, but we pick up or drop off more passengers during the trip.

This is usually a more affordable option than a private transfer.

No. With shared transfer, you book one or more seats, not the entire vehicle.

If you want a fast departure, travel with small children, or prefer the quickest and most direct journey, private transfer is the right choice.

No. Shared transfer in Brussels is also door-to-door, so we pick you up and drop you off at the address provided.

The shared Charleroi Airport transfer is currently scheduled to match Budapest flights. In some cases, it's also available for other flights if a private booking is shared by the customer.

You can check available flights and times during booking.

The exact departure time will be sent by email and SMS the evening before your trip, usually between 20:15 and 21:15.

For shared transfers, we plan the route so that you usually arrive at the airport 100–180 minutes before your flight departs.

Example: If your Budapest Wizzair flight departs at 09:30, pickup is typically between 05:40 and 07:00, depending on the route and other passengers.
